Q: How often will an awesome ring show up at my door?
Your new ring will arrive every depending on the delivery frequency you select. Every 2, 3, 4 or 5 months. We will also email you three days before all upcoming shipments to remind you to make any changes before it ships.
Q: Do I have to sign my life away?
We make it super easy to skip a shipment or cancel with the click of a button inside your customer account page. We won't even make you call or email us (unless you want to - we love hearing from you!)
Q: Can I choose the ring I receive for every shipment?
Absolutely. You can change colors and sizes at anytime without having to contact us. Pick the colorway you want to start with and for your next shipment you can log in to your account before it is scheduled to ship to select a new color/size etc or stick to the basics, it's up to you.
Q: What if it doesn't fit?
Don't worry. We have a super fast and easy exchange process. Just contact us and we will help you right away. If you are between sizes grab the size you think will fit and if it doesn't fit we will help you ASAP.
Q: Are there initiation fees or canceling fees or any other sneaky fees I don't see?
No way. We don't like fees anymore than you do. You only have to pay for the stuff we ship you.
Q: Can I subscribe if I live outside of the United States?
Unfortunately not. Right now only U.S. residents are able to signup for our subscription program.
