*If our instructions below seem daughtning, another fast way to figure out your ring size is to look for a ring around the house. There should be a small number that is stamped inside the surface of the band like 5,6,7 etc. That is the size of the ring and you can use that as a guide for your finger(s).

Lets Get Started

What's the easiest way to figure out my ring size at home? All we need to do is measure the circumference of the finger your will wear your ring on.

What do I need to get started? A cloth tape measure and a pen or marker. If you don't have a cloth tape measure close by, a piece of string, dental floss, or even a strip of paper will work as well.

What's next? Wrap your measuring tape, string, or floss around the base of your ring finger where you would wear your ring. Make sure it is not loose, it needs to be tight but not constricting.

Next, if you are using a flexible measuring tape, write down how many inches / millimeters it took to wrap around your finger. If you are using string, paper, or floss, mark the area where both ends meet and then you will need to measure the length with your ruler.

Repeat this process 2-3 times to get your most accurate size.

I have my numbers, now what? Use our ring size chart below to see where your numbers fit.

What do I do if I am between sizes or that two sizes seem to fit? If you are in between two sizes, or having a hard time deciding, we recommend that you order the smaller size. Unlike uncomfortable rigid rings, our H2ECO silicone and flexfit design allows for wiggle room in sizing.

My numbers are all over the place. I still have no idea what size to get? Don't feel like running to your closest jeweler or measuring at home anymore? Just try to get as close as you can. When it arrives if you feel it is way too big or small, contact our  customer success team (click here) and they will help you swap it out ASAP.

While every individual is different, as a general guideline to reference, the average size for men is 10 and the average size for women is 7.
