General Questions
Why doesn't my ring glow?
When your ring arrives it may need to be charged slightly as they are stored in a sealed black package that does not allow light inside.
You can easily test your ring and or charge it by finding a lamp and placing the ring on the bulb for 8-10 seconds. Once you’re done just take the ring to a closet or dark room and you will see it glow.

International Orders
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
How long will it take to get my order?
Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 10-15 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Orders shipped outside of the United States may also be held up at customs for several days. While this is not common it does happen.
All orders are shipped via USPS and will have a tracking number, but international customers need to note that once the package clears customs in the U.S. and leaves the country the USPS tracking number will no longer update. The package is then handed off by USPS to the country's local carrier partner.
For example: If an order is being shipped to Canada, USPS will carry and deliver the package to the departing international airport here in the US. The USPS tracking number will be updated up until it arrives at the airport. Once it arrives to the airport, the tracking number will stop being updated by USPS. The package is handed off to Canada Post who will do the final delivery for USPS inside Canada.
