• All orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Orders placed before 12 PM PST ship same day.
• Orders placed after 12 PM will ship the following business day. 
• Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not business days. We observe all U.S. Federal Holidays.
• All orders placed will be processed and confirmed the same day via email confirmation.
• In the case of international shipments the receiver is responsible for any custom fees or duties that may be incurred.
• Backordered items will ship as soon as the product is made available. 

GENERAL 

Once an order has been submitted, please allow up to 48 hours for it to be processed and shipped (generally orders will ship out sooner than this). All orders are shipped from one of our fulfillment centers in the United States. Upon shipment you will receive an e-mail notification containing tracking information so that you can view the status of your order.

International shipments are shipped via USPS. Once the packages depart the Los Angeles International Airport the USPS tracking numbers will not be frequently updated. The packages will be handed to the country's mail carrier for final delivery.
