We know you’re excited to receive your order. Every package is prepared with care and shipped from Oregon, and we’ll keep you informed from the moment your order is confirmed until it arrives.

Order processing

Orders are prepared Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Most orders are ready for carrier pickup within 1–2 business days. Orders placed late Friday, over the weekend, or on a holiday will begin processing the next business day.

You may receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your shipping label is created. This means your package is being prepared for pickup—it may not be in the carrier’s possession yet.

U.S. delivery options

Tracked shipping

We offer several shipping options that include tracking. Most tracked U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after leaving our facility. Tracking typically begins updating within 48 hours after USPS receives your package. It is normal for a label to show little or no movement before the first carrier scan.

Economy Shipping

Economy Shipping is our lowest-cost delivery option.

• Tracking is not included
• Please allow 10–15 business days for delivery after your package departs
• Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days
  

Because Economy orders do not include tracking, you will not see carrier scans or an estimated delivery date while the order is in transit.

Expedited shipping

Faster priority shipping options may be available at checkout. The available services and estimated delivery times will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Weekends and holidays

Packages are not picked up or shipped on weekends or holidays. Orders placed late Friday, over the weekend, or during a holiday will begin moving the next business day. Carrier delays may also occur during periods of severe weather or high shipping volume.

APO, FPO and DPO addresses

We’re proud to ship to military members and their families at APO, FPO and DPO addresses. These orders are sent through USPS, which delivers military mail to these locations. Please allow additional transit time, as delivery may take longer than standard domestic shipping.

International orders

International orders are sent through USPS and transferred to the destination country’s local postal carrier for final delivery. International delivery often takes 12–15 business days after departure, but timing may vary depending on the destination, customs processing and the local carrier.

Tracking may update less frequently after the package leaves the United States. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by the destination country.

Delivery estimates

All delivery windows are estimates and begin after your package departs, not on the date the order was placed. Once a shipment is accepted by the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.
